DAMP WALLS?
Wet basements, mouldy walls, smell of fungi etc. are the problems that affects not only the building but also the health and quality of life of its residents.
Rising damp creates characteristic problems:
- Visibly damaged internal and external walls up to 1.5 meters (5 feet) above ground level
- Unpleasant odor of humidity
- Mold formation on walls (fungi)
- Facade plaster decaying and crumbling
- Cold and damp walls
IF YOU ISSUE ONE OR ALL OF THESE PROBLEMS, YOUR HOME IS AFFECTED BY RISING DAMP! WE CAN FULLY HELP YOU WITH THAT PROBLEM!
GUARDIAN damp removal is the complete solution for damp walls.

The device will immediately stop the rise of water from the soil into the walls, dry out already wet walls, and permanently protect them from future damage caused by rising damp!
GUARDIAN damp removal is an electronic device designed to prevent and remediate rising damp (water from the soil) in walls.
By using the device, the cause of rising damp is eliminated, preventing the walls from drawing water from the soil. The moisture already present in the walls will begin to move back into the soil by the force of gravity.
The reason water rises into the walls, against gravity, is due to the difference in potential between the water particles and the wall. A similar process occurs when we rub a hairbrush with a cotton cloth and bring it close to someone’s hair—the hair moves towards the brush due to the difference in electrical potential.
GUARDIAN damp removal eliminates the difference in potential between the wall and the water particles, preventing the walls from attracting moisture. The existing water in the walls will then begin to return to the soil by gravity.
The device’s operation can be compared to that of a Wi-Fi router. Just as a router works within its radius to provide a signal to users, GUARDIAN damp removal emits signals within its radius to stop the progression of rising damp.
The process is completely safe, ecological, and does not disrupt the natural ecosystem of the house. The device is harmless and produces no adverse side effects for humans, animals, or plants. Using the GUARDIAN damp removal device also increases the energy efficiency of the building.
It is manufactured in accordance with all applicable EU directives and norms and has been tested and certified by a notified body of the EC.
Types of Devices
The GUARDIAN damp removal is available in three different models, depending on the type and characteristics of the object to be protected. The most important factor is the size of the object.

GUARDIAN damp removal HOME
---
Working radius 10m / 33feet
No additional data is collected
Mostly use for family houses

GUARDIAN damp removal PRO 15
---
Working radius 15m / 49feet
With a built-in hour counter
Both residential and commercial use

GUARDIAN damp removal PRO 25
---
Working radius 25m / 82 feet
With a built-in hour counter
Mostly for Commercial use
Positioning the Device
The working radius of each model is based on “ideal conditions,” meaning the first wall is at that distance from the installation site. As the signal weakens when passing through multiple walls, the effective range decreases. Therefore, the best position for installation is in the center of the facility. Larger facilities require multiple devices. If the house is constructed with internal reinforced concrete walls containing metal mesh, the device’s effectiveness will be reduced. In such cases, multiple devices are needed to bridge the reinforced walls.
Installation of the Device
The device can be placed on the floor, a wooden or plastic table, or a shelf (any material except metal), or it can be attached to the wall using the two provided dowels and screws from the box. If you choose the second option, follow these instructions:
Position the device near the socket within the range of the device’s connection cable. Fold the installation manual as shown in the picture and use it as a marking template. Mark the drilling points on the wall, spaced 113 mm (4.44 inches) apart, according to the template.

On the marked spots, drill holes with a Ø5 mm (13/64″) drill bit, insert the dowels, and then screw in the provided screws so that approximately 10 mm (0.4 inches) remain protruding from the wall.

Place the device onto the screws, aligning the wider part of the back holes with the screws. Gently push the device down so that it hangs securely in the narrower part of the holes.

Insert the connection cable into the power slot on the bottom of the device, and plug the other end into a functional, grounded socket.

The Drying Process
The average time to dry your facility or house is between 6 to 12 months. The device causes the damp to move back into the soil in the same way it originally rose up the walls—through the microcapillary pores. This period can vary depending on factors such as the amount of moisture in the walls, the types of construction materials, soil moisture saturation, etc. The unpleasant smell of moisture will disappear much sooner.
After the drying period, the plaster and paint on the affected walls may begin to peel and crumble, as the damp that damaged the material is no longer present. At the end of the drying period, it is recommended to scrape and repaint the damaged surface of the walls.
The GUARDIAN damp removal device must remain plugged in at all times to continue protecting your facility from rising damp and wall damage.
The power of the device is less than 1W, which costs approximately 1-2€ ($1-2) per year.

Power Supply
If you purchase this device, you must have a 120V/50-60Hz or 230V/50Hz power supply available, and a functioning SOCKET WITH A GROUNDED CONNECTION intended solely for this device.
QUALITY GROUNDING IS MANDATORY TO ACHIEVE GOOD RESULTS (the grounding wire must be in contact with the soil using grounding probes (rods) or strips). If extension power cords are used, they MUST also contain a grounding wire.
The device is a double-insulated electrical appliance that uses reinforced protective insulation in addition to basic insulation (IEC class II), and grounding for enhanced user protection against electric shock.
The device does not require batteries.
