A) How to order from us
- Order
We offer the convenience of ordering from our online shop. You can choose to conclude the purchase contract in German, English, Slovenian, or Croatian.
Payment Options
- Payment in Advance
When ordering with payment in advance, the goods will be dispatched as soon as the invoice amount is credited to our bank account. - Credit Card
We accept payments via Mastercard or Visa credit cards.
Delivery
Shipping is handled via GLS. In many European countries, you can choose from the offered logistics partners. We deliver orders directly to your home. If the delivery person cannot reach you, you will be notified in writing. You will then have the option to arrange for redelivery or to pick up the package from a nearby depository.
Additional customs duties, taxes, and fees apply for deliveries to non-EU countries. For more information on customs duties, please refer to http://ec.europa.eu/taxation

B) Cancellation policy, transport related damages and data protection
- Consumer’s Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor to their independent professional activity.
Cancellation Policy
Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without specifying any reasons. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the last item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Claudo Mador Plus doo, Ulica Grada Vukovara 237D, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia, sales@guardiandampremoval.com, telephone +38598388652) by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g., by letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the sample revocation form enclosed for this purpose, although it is not mandatory.
It is sufficient to send the notification about exercising the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period to comply with the deadline.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we are obliged to refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the most economical standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees because of this refund. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
You shall bear the actual costs of returning the goods.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.
You will only have to pay for any possible decrease in value of the goods if this decrease is attributable to handling the goods in a way that is not necessary for the inspection of their condition, properties, and functioning.

Damage in Transit/Claims
We ask our customers to report any apparent defects within one week. In the case of visible transport damage, please check the package immediately and obtain a damage confirmation from the transport company. - Dispute Resolution
Alternative dispute resolution in accordance with Art. 14 (1) ODR Regulation and § 36 VSBG: The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.Data Protection

The display of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but rather a non-binding online catalog. By clicking the button “Order subject to payment,” you are submitting a binding order for the goods in your shopping basket. You will receive a confirmation immediately after submitting your order, which acknowledges receipt but does not constitute acceptance of the contract. We can accept your order either by sending an order confirmation via email or by delivering the goods within five days.
C) Promotional vouchers
The voucher code must be entered in the voucher field on the “Shipping/Payment” page during the order process and confirmed by clicking the “Redeem” button.
If you return items from a promotion and fall below the order value required to qualify for the promotional bonus, the promotion will be invalidated, and the entire amount of the credit will be forfeited. Please also note that, for technical reasons, subsequent redemption of the voucher code is no longer possible.
Unless otherwise stated, the voucher code can be redeemed until 24:00 (CET) on the last day of the promotion.
