Le fabricant garantit le bon fonctionnement du produit pendant une période de garantie de 10 ans, à condition qu'il soit utilisé correctement et conformément aux instructions jointes.

Exchanges

The green signal lamp blinking indicates that the device is working properly. If the green signal lamp stops blinking, it may indicate a technical defect or malfunction. In this case, you should contact us by email at support@guardiandampremoval.com. We will promptly replace the device in accordance with the terms of the Product Warranty, within the 10-year warranty period.

To submit a complaint within the warranty period, please email support@guardiandampremoval.com with a description of the problem or malfunction. Once we approve your complaint, you will need to send your device to us.

Refunds

Our refund policy lasts 12 months. If 12 months have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, the device must have been plugged into a grounded socket for at least 10 months since you received it, and there should be no visible moisture on the walls or an unpleasant damp smell. If you have any doubts, please contact us at support@guardiandampremoval.com.  The device must be in the same condition as when you received it (not broken) and in the original packaging with the warranty card. 

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Consumable parts of the product (e.g., cable)

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back before contacting us at support@guardiandampremoval.com.

We cannot accept refunds in the following situations:

  • The device is damaged or shows obvious signs of use.
  • The item is returned more than 12 months after delivery.
  • The buyer did not follow the instruction manual.
  • The product was handled unprofessionally or carelessly.
  • The product was opened using force.
  • There is mechanical damage or breakage, including damage caused by natural disasters such as earthquakes, floods, fires, hail, lightning strikes, etc.
  • The customer does not have a warranty card and invoice that uniquely identifies the purchased product.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Unilateral termination of the contract

  1. A customer has the right to unilaterally terminate the contract within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of delivery of the product purchased remotely.

  2. The deadline is mandatory and begins to run from the day the product, which is the subject of the contract, is handed over to the user or a third party, who is not the carrier.

  3. In order to exercise the right to unilaterally terminate the contract, the user must notify us of their decision to unilaterally terminate the contract before the deadline expires, through a clear statement sent by mail, fax, or email in the form of the unilateral contract termination form.

  4. In the event of contract termination, each party is obliged to return what they have received under the contract.

  5. The user must return the product without delay and no later than 14 days from the day of submitting the termination statement. Exceeding this deadline results in the loss of the right to unilateral termination, i.e., the right to a refund.

  6. The user bears the cost of returning the product.

  7. The user also bears the cost of any reduction in the value of the goods (Article 77.ZZP) (unpacked goods, lost documentation and parts, damages, use of the goods, etc.), except for what was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functionality.

  8. If the product is returned damaged, with greater damage, or missing parts and documentation, and if the missing items are not delivered within 8 days, it is considered that the buyer has not fulfilled their obligation to return the goods, and the seller is not obligated to refund the paid amount.

  9. Claudo mador plus d.o.o. will process the refund only after the product is returned to it, or after the user provides proof that the product has been sent back in the same way it was delivered.

  10. The form for unilateral contract termination available on our website can be completed electronically and sent.

  11. We will promptly send you a confirmation of receipt of the unilateral contract termination notification via email.

 
 
Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Next, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Then, contact your bank, as there is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

You may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
